Originally practiced in China as a martial art, Tai Chi has spread world-wide as an alternative way to exercise, relieve stress and improve mental focus. With December being a time of worry, stress and harried activity for many, this class encourages participants to give themselves an hour’s worth of calm  while learning about and bringing together movement, breathing and meditation. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
